Né le 18 février 1898, Enzo Anselmo Ferrari entreprend de construire ses propres voitures après une carrière de pilote automobile puis de directeur sportif chez Alfa Romeo. La première voiture conçue par Ferrari date de 1939 mais la première à porter son nom est construite en 1947 : la 125 Sport destinée à la compétition. De nombreux modèles verront ensuite le jour, dont la mythique 250 GTO en 1962. Les 40 ans de la marque sont célébrés avec la F40, dont Enzo Ferrari a déterminé les caractéristiques générales. Ce sera sa dernière création, il disparaît le 14 août 1988. Voilà plus de 30 ans que le Commendatore nous a quittés et la marque perdure et continue toujours à nous proposer de belles et sportives automobiles portant fièrement le cheval cabré.
